Family Flying Day

The year is nearly over, but there is one last great Group event - the family flying day!

During the year, we have been afloat, on land, underground, indoors, outdoors and overseas. Now we add in the sky to the list!

This fun-filled, family day is being prepared with support from the NSW Scout Flying Base at Camden Airport. Venturers, Scouts and thrill-seeking adults will have an opportunity to try gliding. Cubs and the less adventurous adults will enjoy a scenic flight in a light aircraft and undertake the Cub Flight Badge (Level 2). Even the Joeys can get involved with a scenic flight and Joey style fun and cames in the new airplane toys the base have just purchased.

Even if you have been on a flight day before, we are hoping to offer something new this time round, so leave the day free.
